Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of all platforms, applications, and services owned and operated by PASS TECHNOLOGY — Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. Economic Licence No.: CN-2797749.

Pass Technology owns and operates a portfolio of digital applications including: Dr. Lawyer App (legal services marketplace), Dr. Broker App (real estate services), JAD App (entertainment), Bulky Store, and Glosa Store (e-commerce). Hereafter, Pass Technology will be referred to as "the Company" or "we" as context requires.

• Platform / Application: Any digital product owned and operated by Pass Technology, including its services and interfaces.
• User: Any individual or entity accessing or using a Pass Technology platform.
• Service Provider: An independent professional or business registered on a Pass Technology platform to offer services to users.
• Subscription: A paid or free access plan granting use of a platform's features for a defined period.
• Content: Any text, data, images, documents, or other material submitted through any Pass Technology platform.

By accessing or using any Pass Technology platform or application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service without reservation. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our platforms.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and service providers. Additional terms specific to individual applications may also apply and will be presented upon registration or use of those applications.

Pass Technology operates technology intermediary platforms. We connect users with independent service providers across multiple sectors. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Pass Technology does not directly provide professional services (legal, real estate, financial, or otherwise).

All professional and financial agreements made through our platforms are made directly between the user and the relevant service provider. Pass Technology is not a party to those agreements and bears no liability for their outcome.

Content available on our platforms does not constitute professional advice of any kind. Users should seek appropriate independent professional advice before making any decisions based on content found on our platforms.

All users of Pass Technology platforms must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times.
• Use platforms for lawful purposes only and in compliance with applicable UAE laws and regulations.
• Not submit false, misleading, forged, or illegal content through any platform.
• Not attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt any platform's functionality or security.
• Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.

Certain features of our platforms require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Sharing accounts with unauthorized parties or redistributing subscriptions is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to limit concurrent device sessions and may enforce automatic logout when multiple simultaneous logins are detected.

You must be at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in order to register an account on any Pass Technology platform.

Access to premium features on our platforms requires a paid subscription. All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated, and are subject to applicable VAT in accordance with UAE tax laws.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually depending on the plan selected). By subscribing, you authorize Pass Technology to charge your payment method for the subscription fee at the start of each billing cycle.

All subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced, except as outlined in our Refund Policy. Please review our Refund Policy before subscribing.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, designs, and technology comprising Pass Technology platforms are the exclusive property of Pass Technology or its licensors. These are protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use our platforms solely for their intended purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our platforms without prior written consent.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on all Pass Technology platforms:

• Uploading or transmitting content that violates any applicable law or infringes any third-party rights.
• Activities related to national security threats, money laundering, terrorism financing, or forgery.
• Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or engaging in any form of phishing or fraud.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platforms or to other users' accounts.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from our platforms without authorization.
• Any activity that disrupts, degrades, or impairs the performance or availability of our platforms.

Your use of Pass Technology platforms is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our platforms, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our platforms are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our platforms will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Pass Technology does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any service provider registered on its platforms. Verification processes are for administrative purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pass Technology's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our platforms shall not exceed the value of one month's subscription fee paid by you, and shall exclude indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Pass Technology reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to any or all of its platforms without prior notice if you violate these Terms, misuse any platform, provide false information, or engage in activities that harm the Company, other users, or third parties.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of any Pass Technology platform, the parties agree to first attempt amicable resolution. Written notice of the dispute must be sent through official channels (registered email or in-app notification), granting the other party no less than 15 days to respond and attempt resolution.

If an amicable settlement cannot be reached within the specified period, any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

• Modifications: Pass Technology reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platforms after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Force Majeure: Pass Technology is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including government actions, natural disasters, or internet infrastructure failures.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any application-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pass Technology.
• Language: In the event of any conflict between an Arabic and English version of these Terms, the Arabic version shall prevail.
