Digital Service Delivery Terms

Nature of Our Services

Pass Technology (Economic Licence No.: CN-2797749) is a UAE-based company that owns and operates a portfolio of fully digital platforms and applications. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, products, or tangible items of any kind.

All services facilitated through our platforms — including Dr. Lawyer App, Dr. Broker App, JAD App, Bulky Store, and Glosa Store — are delivered electronically through their respective digital interfaces.

Immediate Digital Access

Upon successful payment and subscription confirmation on any of our platforms, access to the subscribed plan's features is granted immediately. A confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

If you do not receive access within a reasonable time following a successful payment, please contact us at info@trypass.ai with your payment confirmation details.

Service Delivery Channels

Depending on the platform and the nature of the service, digital services are delivered through the following channels:

  • In-app messaging, chat, and communication tools within each platform
  • Direct phone or video calls between parties (where applicable)
  • WhatsApp or other messaging platforms (where available and agreed upon by both parties)
  • Digital documents, reports, or outputs delivered through the platform's interface

Platform Availability

Our platforms are designed to be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, they may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to announce scheduled maintenance in advance through in-app notifications or email. Pass Technology is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events, internet outages, or third-party infrastructure failures.

Third-Party Service Providers

Some of our platforms connect users with independent third-party professionals (such as lawyers, real estate agents, or other specialists). These professionals are independent service providers, not employees of Pass Technology.

Pass Technology does not guarantee specific response times from individual service providers. The quality and timeliness of service delivery by third-party providers is the sole responsibility of those providers.

No Physical Delivery

No physical goods, documents, or materials are delivered by post, courier, or any other physical means through any Pass Technology platform. Any physical exchange of items between users and third-party providers is entirely outside the scope of our platforms and remains the sole responsibility of the parties involved.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and access to the relevant platform to receive services. Users must provide accurate contact and account information to facilitate communication and service delivery.

Pass Technology is not responsible for failed service delivery resulting from inaccurate user information, device or connectivity issues on the user's side, or failure by the user to respond to communications in a timely manner.
