Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Terms

Overview

Pass Technology (Economic Licence No.: CN-2797749), a UAE-based parent company, owns and operates a portfolio of digital applications. All services provided through our platforms are delivered electronically. This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and fees charged through any Pass Technology platform or application.

By subscribing to any plan on any of our platforms, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this policy.

Non-Refundable Subscriptions

All subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced. This applies to all subscription tiers across all Pass Technology platforms and applications.

Suspension or termination of an account due to violation of the Terms of Service does not entitle the account holder to any refund for the remaining subscription period.

Platform Fees

Certain platforms may charge optional platform fees (such as verification or priority fees). These are symbolic fees for platform-level features only — they are not professional service fees and do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Such platform fees are non-refundable once submitted, regardless of the outcome of the associated request or transaction.

Exceptional Refund Circumstances

Refunds may be considered at Pass Technology's sole discretion only in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Complete and permanent shutdown of the specific Pass Technology platform or application
  • Verified technical failure attributable solely to Pass Technology that prevents service access for more than 7 consecutive days
  • Duplicate charges resulting from a verified payment processing error

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the exceptional circumstances listed above, you must submit a written request to info@trypass.ai within 7 calendar days of the charge date. Your request must include your registered account email, the platform name, the date and amount of the charge, and a description of the reason for the request.

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be considered. Pass Technology reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the circumstances of the claim.

Refund Processing

Refund decisions are made within 14 business days of receiving a complete request. You will be notified of the decision via the email address associated with your account.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting Pass Technology support and allowing us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter may result in immediate account suspension across our platforms. We encourage all users to contact us at info@trypass.ai before initiating any dispute with their payment provider.

Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from this policy are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
